"To use the PetzPalette in Photoshop, click on Mode in the top menu (when you do this, the current setting should be RGB, not greyscale or similar. If needed, change it to RBG first), then choose Indexed colour. In the window that pops up, click on where it says Palette and pick Custom. Then click on load and find the PetzPalette (wherever you extracted it!). Ta-da! The next time (at least in my version, CS) it'll automatically choose the palette you used the last time when you wanted Indexed colour so Petz Palette will be default for that setting, but you can of course always change it if you want to."
